My 70 year old parents loved the concert! However, there was an issue they had. Overselling handicap parking is unacceptable. Please do not oversell handicap parking. Only sell the number of spaces available. The parking policy for handicapped guests should be improved. Pre-paying for a handicap spot should guarantee a space. First come first serve is not fair. I would have made other arrangements if I had known about the overselling. I sent my parents on their own and it was very difficult for them to get to the venue from where they had to park.
